Our Policy at Coast Chiropractic Caboolture

At Coast Chiropractic Caboolture, we see people from all walks of life and for a variety of different reasons. For whatever reason you have come to see us, we would like to thank you for taking this step and assure you that it is our goal to assist you in an efficient and pleasant manner.
We are a family-oriented chiropractic clinic dedicated to the detection, prevention and correction of nerve interferences. We are committed to educating our patients and the community about the role of chiropractic in health care and encourage our patients to participate in all phases of their care.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are scheduled to ensure maximum benefit is gained from your care, therefore it is important to keep to the schedule in your personalised treatment plan. We understand that things come up – if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is appreciated.
Please be aware that less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. This will be discussed and applied on a case-by-case basis.
We ask for your understanding as you can imagine no-shows and last-minute cancellations have an impact on our ability to provide timely care to all our patients, particularly those in urgent need.
Payment Policy
Payment by cash, credit card or EFTPOS is required at the time of service as we do not hold accounts.
Library Policy
The bookcase in the reception area is also our lending library. Books may be borrowed for up to 4 weeks. Please ensure that you check any books you would like to take out with our reception staff.
